Program summary
The Unlimited Potential Software Donation Programme delivers software and technical support to registered non-profit organisations that provide services for disadvantaged groups or individuals throughout Australia. Through this programme Microsoft is helping bridge the digital divide.

Microsoft will endeavour to respond to applicants within 6 weeks of receiving an application.

Who can apply?

Applying organisations must:

  • be an Australian non-profit organisation (that is, an organisation which does not distribute any profit from its operations to members, shareholders or other individuals involved in the operation of the organisation).

AND

  • have as its primary purpose the provision of services to assist disadvantaged groups or individuals in Australia.
Who can't apply?
  • educational institutions, pre-school or day care centres
  • state or federal government agencies and organisations
  • organisations substantially engaged in lobbying, political campaigns or other activities designed to influence legislation
  • labour organisations, sporting organisations (both amateur and professional) and organisations having as their dominant purpose religion, animal welfare or the promotion of cultural endeavour
  • organisations substantially engaged in the organisation of conferences or symposia or for marketing programmes and materials
  • hospitals, except where the application is made on behalf of a specific patient program operated by the hospital
  • individuals
What will be funded?

How much funding is available?
Up to $15,000 worth of software per successful application.
